You don't have to cut it until you notice this: When he is swimming and comes up for air, he has to stop and part his hair so he can see where he is going...at least that was my measuring method when Chaz was younger!! :)
Love that picture. He is so stinkin' cute! I can't believe how big he is since we saw him. Are you going to Utah anytime soon??
